Chocolate cupcakes with cherries

Chocolate cupcakes with cherries

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter over low heat and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt.
  3. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.
  4. Defrost the cherries, remove the seeds, divide the berries into halves. Let the cherries drain well and lightly sprinkle with flour or starch.
  5. Mix the egg mixture with the chocolate butter mixture. Mix.
  6. Add to dry ingredients, stir until smooth.
  7. Add cherries to the dough, mix.
  8. Spread the dough into silicone molds by 2/3. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Cool well and serve with tea or milk! Bon appetit!
