A wonderful combination of delicate chocolate dough on sour cream and fragrant pears. The dough is easy to prepare: mix softened butter with sugar and sour cream, then add eggs, melted chocolate and flour with baking powder - and you can bake. Cupcakes are light, airy, and pears perfectly complement the taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. We take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance so that it softens by the right time.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. It is important that the dishes with chocolate do not touch the surface of the water!
  4. Then let the chocolate cool slightly.
  5. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  6. Beat the softened butter with sugar in a deep bowl.
  7. Add sour cream to the resulting mixture, beat again.
  8. Add eggs and mix well.
  9. Pour the cooled chocolate into the resulting mass and beat until smooth.
  10. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift in parts into a bowl with a whipped mass. Mix thoroughly. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream, not spread
  11. Wash the pears, cut out the core. Cut the pears into 8-10 pieces.
  12. Half-fill cupcake molds with chocolate batter. In each cell in the dough, partially immerse 3-4 slices of pears. We send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes (focus on the features of your oven).
  13. We take out the form with cupcakes from the oven, let them cool.
  14. Chocolate muffins with pears are ready.
  15. You can sprinkle the top of the cupcakes with grated chocolate.
  16. Bon appetit!
