  2. Grind 100 grams of chocolate, put in a convenient bowl. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  3. Mix 220 grams of flour, 50 grams of starch and 5 grams of baking powder, sift everything together and set aside.
  4. Break five eggs into a separate bowl, add a pinch of salt, mix well.
  5. With a mixer, at medium speed, beat white 200 grams of soft butter with 220 grams of sugar and 10 grams of vanilla sugar.
  6. We continue to beat and alternately, in several stages, add the prepared flour and eggs to the butter, whipped with sugar.
  7. The resulting dough is divided into three equal parts. Add one part of the dough to the melted chocolate and mix.
  8. Return the chocolate dough to the bowl with the vanilla, mix lightly.
  9. Carefully transfer the dough into a baking dish.
  10. Bake chocolate marble cake for 40-45 minutes. The baking temperature is 180 degrees Celsius. The oven must be preheated.
  11. We take out the finished chocolate cupcake from the oven, transfer it to a wooden board or wire rack and leave to cool.
  12. We cut the cooled chocolate marble cake into pieces 1-1.5 centimeters thick, put it on a dish and serve with tea or coffee.
