Chocolate pie with cottage cheese

This cake is delicious the day it's baked, but even tastier the second day. So feel free to bake it ahead of time and store it in an airtight container.

  1. Combine all dry ingredients, add melted butter and mix. Add vinegar.
  2. Separately, beat the eggs and pour into the dough.
  3. Mix the chocolate mixture thoroughly. If the dough is very thick, add kefir to make the dough like thick sour cream. Pour into a cup 3-4 tbsp. chocolate dough.
  4. Beat cottage cheese with sugar, egg yolk and vanilla sugar.
  5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a 20x20 baking dish with parchment paper and grease with butter.
  6. Pour the chocolate batter into the prepared pan and smooth out.
  7. Spread the curd mixture in an even layer over the chocolate dough.
  8. Then put the remaining chocolate dough in the cup on top of the curd layer and smooth it out.
  9. Using a sharp knife or toothpick, make arbitrary stains on the cake.
  10. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes, checking readiness with a toothpick or skewer.
  11. Cool the finished cake completely and only then remove from the mold and cut.
