  1. Grind cottage cheese until smooth with a blender or grind through a sieve. Add coconut flakes, egg, sugar and flour and mix. If you have a large slow cooker, then you will need more cottage cheese.
  2. Form balls, put in a mold. I formed and placed in the refrigerator while the chocolate dough was being prepared.
  3. Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate dough until smooth.
  4. Then pour in boiling water and mix well.
  5. Lubricate the bottom of the multi-pan with sunflower oil and lay out the curd balls.
  6. Fill the cheese balls with chocolate batter.
  7. Bake in the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes. Readiness to check with a toothpick.
  8. Remove the finished cake using the steaming tray. Then turn the curd balls down.
  9. Weld the glaze. For this, 50 g of oil, 4 tbsp. milk,
  10. 3 tbsp sugar, 4 tsp cocoa - cook over low heat, stirring for 5-6 minutes.
  11. Pour over the cake until the frosting has set.
