Coffee and chocolate cake

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Grease a cake pan (with a hole in the middle) with butter.
  2. Pour 0.5 cups of flour into a separate bowl. In a large bowl, mix the remaining flour, baking powder, soda and 0.25 teaspoon of salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine buttermilk (sour milk), sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla sugar. Add flour mixture to this mixture.
  4. In a clean bowl, mix cocoa powder and instant coffee, put half of the dough into this mixture, mix well. Mix the remaining dough with the reserved 0.5 cup flour. Thus, it turned out two tests, white and dark.
  5. Put half of the white dough into the prepared form, half of the dark dough on top, repeat the layers. Place the mold with the dough in a preheated oven, bake the cake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Remove the finished cake from the oven, let cool in the mold for 15 minutes. Then take it out of the mold and make deep punctures in the product with a wooden skewer.
  7. Mix all ingredients for impregnation in a small bowl. Drizzle with this impregnation cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
