Raisins, chocolate and nuts make the cake very tasty. These additives do not mix, so we bite off a piece of cake with chocolate, then with raisins or nuts and enjoy it with coffee or tea.

  1. Soak raisins in warm water and then dry.
  2. Chop the chocolate with a knife, chop the nuts with a rolling pin.
  3. Melt the butter and rub it with sugar. Whisk some eggs and add to the butter mixture. Mix flour with baking powder. Let's knead a thin dough.
  4. Divide the dough into three parts and mix each part separately with chocolate, nuts and raisins.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and brush with oil.
  6. We spread the dough into a form with balls, without mixing: first the dough with nuts, then the dough with chocolate and on top the dough with raisins. The dough can be smoothed with a wooden spatula moistened with water. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake a cupcake with nuts and raisins for 40-45 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a match. It must be dry.
  7. Let the cake stand for 10-15 minutes and take it out of the mold.
  8. Let's prepare the frosting. To do this, in a water bath or at low power in the microwave, melt the chocolate and mix it with milk and butter.
  9. Cover the cake with icing on all sides. Sprinkle top with confectionery powder.
  10. Let the cake cool well and cut into pieces.
