A simple but delicious cake with canned peaches will diversify homemade cakes. The dough is kneaded on the basis of butter, eggs and milk, and for a more pleasant aroma, lemon juice is added. Due to the peaches, the cupcake looks very appetizing in the context and may well serve as a treat for guests.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance and leave it on the table to soften.
  3. Sift flour through a sieve.
  4. Remove canned peaches from syrup and place on a sieve to dry slightly.
  5. Combine softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, mix with a whisk for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, mixing with a whisk.
  7. Then pour in milk, stir.
  8. Add lemon juice to the dough.
  9. Add flour and baking powder. Stir with a whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
  10. The dough turns out to be quite thick, it does not drain from the whisk, but slowly slides down.
  11. Halves of canned peaches, from which the syrup has drained, cut in half.
  12. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  13. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease with butter. Pour half of the batter into the pan and spread half of the peaches on top.
  14. Put the second half of the dough on top, smooth with a spatula. Push the remaining peaches into the batter.
  15. Send the form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes. Readiness can be checked by piercing the cake with a match or a toothpick - it should remain dry.
  16. Carefully remove the hot cake from the mold onto a parchment or wooden board and leave to cool completely.
  17. Peach cake must be completely cooled so that the cut is clearer and more beautiful.
  18. If desired, the cupcake can be decorated with powdered sugar or icing, but the crust turned out so ruddy and appetizing that I didn’t even want to decorate the cupcake.
