A simple recipe for a delicious biscuit dough cupcake with mulberries.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with a mixer.
  2. Add sugar and beat until white for 3 minutes.
  3. Gradually stir in the flour.
  4. Lubricate the form with odorless vegetable oil. Pour a little dough into the bottom of the mold, then a layer of berries.
  5. Lay out all the dough and mulberries in layers. The final layer is biscuit dough
  6. Send a muffin with mulberries from biscuit dough to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. After 15 minutes (30 minutes before cooking), reduce the temperature to 150 degrees. Leave the finished cake in the turned off oven for another 15 minutes to cool.
  7. Remove the mulberry cake from the mold.
