Delicious Chocolate Muffins

An easy recipe for chocolate muffins.

Ingredients

• Chocolate butter* - 100 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Flour - 2-3 cups
• Baking powder for dough - 1-2 teaspoons
• Milk - 1/2 cup
• Sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons
• Salt - 1 pinch
• For registration:
• Powdered sugar with vanilla flavor
• Whole nuts
• Instead of chocolate butter, you can take regular butter and 2 tsp. cocoa powder.

Directions

1. Mix butter, milk, egg and heat in a water bath, stirring occasionally.
2. Add sugar and beat until completely dissolved.
3. Pour the baking powder and flour (to the consistency of very thick sour cream).
4. Divide the dough into molds and bake chocolate muffins in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
5. Decorate each muffin with a hazelnut and sprinkle the chocolate muffins with icing sugar.
