Chicken fillet, Mozzarella cheese and juicy fragrant pineapple - and immediately the sea, the sun, palm trees, Hawaii appear! Maybe that's why the name of this delicious pizza is Hawaiian? I don’t know about the Hawaiian Islands, but they say that in Canada, America, Australia and several other countries, it is very popular. Try it and you cook Hawaiian pizza, I'm sure you'll love the combination of crispy dough and juicy toppings.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine warm water, yeast and sugar, mix well.
  2. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add salt.
  3. Pour yeast into bowl with flour and add olive oil.
  4. Knead the dough. Knead for at least 10 minutes to make a smooth, very elastic, pleasant and non-sticky dough.
  5. From the resulting dough, roll out a layer with a diameter of about 30-35 cm. It is convenient to roll it out immediately on parchment. Cover with a towel and leave for half an hour. During this time, prepare the filling and sauce.
  6. Simmer the tomatoes in their own juice over medium-high heat until the excess moisture evaporates and the mass thickens. If the tomatoes in the jar are whole, you must first knead or chop them. Add salt, pepper, crushed garlic, oregano and basil, simmer everything together for a couple more minutes and then cool.
  7. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut into small pieces and quickly fry until golden brown on all sides.
  8. Put the tomato sauce on the dough layer, spread it over the entire dough in an even layer. Top the tomato sauce with half of the grated Mozzarella, then top with the chicken and sliced pineapples and top with the remaining cheese.
  9. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes at 220 degrees. Hawaiian pizza is ready! Bon appetit!
