Endless chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

  1. From this amount of ingredients, 50 cookies should be obtained (I got less).
  2. Sift and mix flour, cocoa and soda.
  3. We combine softened butter (leave the butter at room temperature about an hour and a half before use, do not use a microwave!), Brown sugar, sugar, salt and vanilla extract (I did not have, so I took vanilla sugar).
  4. Mix flour and butter mass, add chopped chocolate. From the resulting mass we form a sausage with a diameter of 4 cm (I didn’t get one long, I made two short ones), wrap it in a film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour (I left it overnight and it was my mistake, I couldn’t cut the sausage, the pieces crumbled and I had to roll out each piece again and form cookies out of it).
  5. After an hour: preheat the oven to 170 °, cut the sausage into slices of about 1 cm and put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We bake for 11-12 minutes (when you get it, the cookies will be soft and as if unbaked inside, do not be alarmed, it should be so). Leave to cool (what seemed damp when it cools down will become a soft chocolate core). Enjoy :)
