The recipe is easy to prepare, so I recommend everyone to bake these buns. These buns are very convenient to take with you on the road, to school or to work.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients: salt, sugar, sifted flour and yeast. Mix.
  2. Add warm milk and soft butter. Mix.
  3. Knead elastic and soft dough. The dough can be kneaded by hand, but the combine is more convenient and faster.
  4. If you knead with your hands, then at first the dough will be very sticky, but you can not add flour! Knead for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Shape the dough into a ball and transfer it to an oiled bowl.
  6. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 40-50 minutes. Then punch down the dough and place on a work surface.
  7. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and roll each part into a ball. Cover the balls with cling film.
  8. Take one ball at a time and roll it into a square or rectangle.
  9. If the dough is a little sticky, then grease your hands with vegetable oil.
  10. Roll up a roll from a square or rectangle, carefully wrapping the edges (or you can pinch).
  11. In a similar way, we roll the rolls from the remaining balls.
  12. Lay the buns seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  13. Then brush the buns with beaten egg or milk.
  14. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  15. Ready buns to cool and can be served.
