  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Cover the resulting dough with a towel and leave in a warm place, it should double in size. Divide the finished dough into 16 parts, about 50 g each. Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes or more so that the dough rises slightly.
  2. Place softened butter, garlic and herbs in a blender bowl and chop everything. You can chop the garlic on a grater and mix all the ingredients by hand.
  3. In the center of each bun, make an incision with a sharp knife blade or culinary scissors, fill the recess with the filling, about half a teaspoon. You can also do this with a pastry bag. Grease the buns with beaten egg yolk.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
