Gingerbread with honey and pumpkin

Gingerbread has a fantastic flavor and a beautiful bronze color.

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. Line a 1.5 kg mold with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix honey, egg, oil and chopped pumpkin. Then add brown sugar, flour and ginger to this mass.
  3. Put the resulting dough into the prepared form, sprinkle brown sugar on top and put in a preheated oven, bake the cake for about 50-60 minutes, until golden brown. Remove the cake from the oven and let cool right in the mold, and then you can take it out of the mold.
  4. It will be delicious if served with softened butter (optional).
