Honey cake with poppy seeds

Ingredients

• Poppy - 30 g
• Honey - 120 g
• Milk (hot) - 1 cup
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Flour - 1.5 cups
• Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
• Butter (for greasing the mold) - 50 g

Directions

1. Mix baking powder with flour.
2. Sift.
3. Pour hot milk into flour, mix well.
4. Add eggs. Mix until smooth.
5. Add poppy seeds, mix.
6. Add honey, mix.
7. Grease the form with melted butter.
8. Put the dough into a mold.
9. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
10. Preheat oven. Bake a honey cake with poppy seeds for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees.
