The pies are very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We heat the water to 35 degrees and pour dry yeast into it.
  2. Now pour vegetable oil and gradually add 7 cups of flour, mix until smooth, until the dough rises, put it in a warm place and start filling.
  3. Chop the onion and fry until golden brown
  4. We wash the liver well and add to the onion. Salt, pepper and fry until tender.
  5. We shift the liver with onions and herbs into a saucepan. Grind with a blender or meat grinder.
  6. Add boiled rice to this mass, mix. Salt and pepper if necessary.
  7. While we were working on minced meat, our dough should come up.
  8. We crush it and begin to gradually mix in the remaining 5 cups of flour. So that the dough does not stick to your hands, they need to be greased with vegetable oil.
  9. Our dough is ready. Divide the dough into equal pieces and roll into balls. They are approximately 25-30 pieces.
  10. We knead each ball with our hands into a cake, put about 1.5-2 tablespoons of the filling in its middle, connect the edges of the dough. Lay the pies on a greased baking sheet. Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl and brush the surface of the patties with them.
  11. We put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes. When the pies have cooled down a bit, serve them to the table. Bon appetit!
