I line two sheets of pita bread in the form, crosswise, lay out half a serving of cabbage and put the top pita bread on cabbage, pour over half a portion of the egg mixture and spread the remaining cabbage.
I cover with the bottom pita bread and pour over the rest of the egg mass, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
I send it to a preheated oven for 30 minutes, cook over medium heat, if the top of the pie is quickly browned, you can cover with foil.
