Lean Cherry Chocolate Cake is quick and easy to make. The dough is soft and tender, and the cherry gives juiciness and sourness. Great recipe for fasting and vegetarians.

  1. In a deep bowl, mix dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. In another deep bowl, mix sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Pour them with water or cherry juice. If the juice from freshly frozen cherries is less than 1 glass, then drain the juice from them and add water to a full glass. Also add vegetable oil and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Combine dry and wet ingredients and knead the dough. Roll the cherries in flour and mix into the dough. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil, place the dough in it and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool the finished cake in the form, put it on a dish, decorate with powdered sugar if desired.
