Simple and delicate pastries with apples - lean chocolate muffins with vegetable oil and water. Cupcakes are very soft, fragrant, slightly moist, with a rich chocolate flavor, due to which they resemble brownies. Chocolate dough is perfectly complemented by juicy apple filling. Delicious and easy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the items on the list.
  2. From the specified amount, I got 10 fairly large chocolate cupcakes with apple filling.
  3. Wash the apples thoroughly and pat dry.
  4. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  5. Pour sugar into a deep bowl and pour in 125 ml of water. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  6. Pour in vegetable oil and mix.
  7. Pour the flour through a fine sieve.
  8. Add cocoa and baking powder.
  9. Mix thoroughly until smooth. The consistency of the dough for cupcakes should be smooth, reminiscent of thick sour cream and fall off the spoon with a thin "ribbon".
  10. Wash the apples, dry and grate on the smallest section of the grater. If the apples are too juicy, squeeze them lightly with your hands and drain the juice that has stood out. To do this, you can use a fine sieve or gauze.
  11. Prepare a baking dish. I'm using a muffin pan with cells. If desired, paper inserts for cupcakes can be placed in each cell.
  12. Put about 1-2 teaspoons of dough into each cell. Then put about 1 teaspoon of applesauce in the center of each cell.
  13. Add about 2 more teaspoons of dough, covering the apple filling.
  14. Send to the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees, for about 25 minutes.
  15. Then carefully remove the mold from the oven, let the cupcakes cool slightly and remove.
  16. My amount of dough was enough for 10 cupcakes, so I baked cupcakes in two steps.
  17. Lenten chocolate muffins with apples are ready.
  18. Bon appetit!
