Milk cake with nuts and dried fruits

Ingredients

  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer until thick foam, first at low speed, then increase.
  2. We send sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour there. Beat until smooth.
  3. Add butter and milk, beat again.
  4. Add dried fruits and nuts and mix. Milk cake dough is ready.
  5. We grease the form with sunflower oil, fill it with dough halfway (the dough will do twice).
  6. Preheat the oven to 150-160 degrees. Bake a milk cake with dried fruits and nuts for 30 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick - if it is dry, the cupcake is ready.
  7. Milk cake with nuts and dried fruits is ready. When it cools down, take it out of the mold.
  8. (You can make small muffins from the leftover dough.)
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
