  6. The apples became soft, the sugar dissolved, and the spices were evenly distributed. Remove the skillet from the heat and cool the contents.
  7. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  8. Make the dough: combine milk with eggs, sugar and salt. Stir until smooth.
  9. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix the dough with a whisk.
  10. Add the contents of the pan to the batter along with the butter and apple juice. Stir.
  11. Grease muffin molds with butter.
  12. Fill molds two-thirds full with batter.
  13. Bake apple muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  14. Carefully remove the baked muffins with apples and cinnamon from the molds and cool on a wire rack or wooden surface.
  15. Serve cupcakes warm or completely cooled.
