Muffins with apples, nuts and raisins

These muffins are prepared with the addition of nuts, fresh apples and raisins.

Ingredients

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups with paper rosettes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, 150 g sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat butter with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and eggs until smooth, add milk, mix.
  4. Continuing to beat at low speed, add flour to the butter mixture, mix well. Then put apples, nuts and raisins, mix well again.
  5. Pour batter into prepared molds, filling them 3/4 full.
  6. Place the pastry tins in the preheated oven, bake the apple muffins for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and a clean wooden stick when pierced.
  7. Remove apple muffins from oven and let cool.
