Sausage, cheese and tomato muffins are one of the savory muffin options that can be served instead of bread for the first course or just as an appetizer.

  1. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sift.
  2. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk and eggs.
  3. Add grated cheese, chopped sausage and sun-dried tomatoes to the liquid mass. Mix.
  4. Combine dry and liquid mixtures. Mix.
  5. If the dough is too thick, it can be thinned by adding a little milk.
  6. Fill the dough about 2/3 into the molds.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
