Those who are trying to stick to a tasty and healthy diet will love oatmeal muffins with banana, chocolate, peanut butter and cinnamon. Banana is crushed to a puree consistency, the rest of the ingredients are added to it. All this is distributed in molds and baked in the oven. Muffins can be served either hot or cold.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Bananas take delicious and sweet.
  3. Adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking.
  4. Milk is suitable for any fat content.
  5. I have chocolate in drops. You can also chop a small piece of chocolate bar with a knife.
  6. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  7. Banana peel and randomly cut (for the recipe you need 125 g of pulp).
  8. Using a blender or a regular fork, grind the pulp of a banana to a puree consistency.
  9. Add peanut butter and cinnamon to banana puree. Stir.
  10. Pour in the milk. Stir.
  11. Add oatmeal. Stir.
  12. Pour in the chocolate. Stir.
  13. The dough should be of medium thickness.
  14. Grease the molds with butter (I used ramekins - ceramic molds with a diameter of 9 cm and a height of 4.5 cm).
  15. Divide the oatmeal into molds (you will get about 3 tablespoons of dough in each mold).
  16. Send the molds to the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the oatmeal muffins for 25-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  17. Oatmeal muffins with banana and chocolate are ready.
  18. I wanted to decorate the muffins with banana slices and mint leaves.
