Pizza "For Lovers"

All men love to eat deliciously, so a heart-shaped pizza is a great surprise for a loved one or a dish for a romantic dinner on Valentine's Day. You won’t surprise anyone with traditional valentines in the form of chocolate hearts or postcards, so I suggest baking such a delicious and satisfying pizza. Pizza heart just for the two of you. It is so romantic.
All ingredients in the recipes are given as a recommendation. You can cook pizza with any filling to your taste.

Ingredients

• For test:
• 300 g flour
• 100 ml vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 100 ml. water
• 7 g dry yeast
• 1 egg
• Filling:
• 100 g boiled sausage
• 100 g boiled smoked sausage
• marinated mushrooms
• 100 g hard cheese
• 4 tbsp. l. ketchup
• As well as:
• Egg for brushing the dough

Directions

1. Knead the dough from all the ingredients and leave it for 40 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough into a 1 cm thick layer. Cut out a heart on the stencil.
3. Weave braids from the rest of the dough and lay them out along the contour of the pizza.
4. Spread the heart with ketchup and lay out the filling.
5. 1 layer - boiled sausage.
6. 2 layer - smoked sausage
7. 3 layer - a layer of mushrooms.
8. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Brush the pigtails with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the braids are browned and the cheese is melted. It took me 20 minutes, but it all depends on your oven.
9. Pizza "For Lovers" is ready and everyone will like it, not only lovers.
