Pizza on a thin yeast dough

Ingredients

Directions

  1. To prepare the base, pour a glass of warm water into a container, dissolve yeast, salt, sugar in it, add olive oil and mix everything well. In this mixture, add the sifted flour in portions and knead the dough. Cover the dough with cling film and put in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  2. Knead the risen dough well again. We take a baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil and transfer our base to the form. Using your hands, spread the dough evenly throughout the pan. At this stage, you can make bumpers, I do not make bumpers. Lubricate the base with sauce - 2 tablespoons of satsebeli and a spoonful of mayonnaise. I tried different pizza sauces, but settled on this one. I send the base smeared with sauce to the oven preheated to the maximum.
  3. A lot of cooks send pizza to the oven right away with the filling, saying that this is how they cook in pizzerias. But let's not forget that pizzerias have special industrial ovens with a temperature of 370 - 400 degrees. Not one home oven maintains such a temperature. In modern ovens there is a “Pizza” mode, the maximum temperature in it is 310 degrees, in my oven the maximum temperature is 250 degrees, so I always send the base smeared with sauce there until the bottom crust is browned, it takes me 10-15 minutes.
  4. After the specified time, I take out the base with the sauce seized on top from the oven and put the filling in random order. Each time I add a different filling, today I use 3 types of sausages, tomato and cheese. I always rub the cheese on a fine grater and put it on top of the rest of the filling.
  5. I put the assembled pizza in the oven and bake for about 15 more minutes until cooked. It turns out pizza on a thin yeast dough with a crispy crust - just delicious!
