Ingredients
Directions
In a bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water, mix with yeast and leave for 10-15 minutes until the yeast begins to bubble.
Add half the flour, salt, vegetable oil and stir. Gradually add the remaining flour. Knead. Add flour until the dough stops sticking to your hands.
Transfer the dough to a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Lubricate the surface of the dough with oil, cover with a film and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours. During this time, the dough will rise well.
Roll out the dough into a 25x40 cm layer and put on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Lubricate the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup.
Grate the mozzarella and put most of the mozzarella on the sauce, put the ham and salts on top.
Beat the egg in a bowl and brush it over the free edges of the dough.
On the narrow side, wrap the edges of the dough by 2-3 cm and roll up the roll
Grease the finished roll with the remaining egg, sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and parsley. Make light cuts on the roll with a sharp knife every 4-5 cm.
Bake in an oven preheated to 240 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly, then cut into portions and serve with the remaining tomato sauce.
