Very juicy, flavorful stuffing and surprisingly tasty dough - that's what happened in the end. Do not take pity on onions, cheese and herbs - it will turn out not only tasty, but also bright!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine warm water, yeast and sugar, mix well. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add salt.
  2. Pour yeast into a bowl with flour, stir lightly and add olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough. Knead for at least 10 minutes to make a smooth, very elastic, pleasant and non-sticky dough.
  4. Stretch the finished dough on a baking sheet into a thin layer and leave while we prepare the filling and sauce.
  5. Salt and pepper the tomato puree, add chopped garlic. Over medium-high heat, stir constantly until thickened.
  6. Grease the dough with the resulting tomato sauce.
  7. Put the canned tuna and red onion cut into half rings.
  8. Top with goat cheese + grated hard cheese. Choose the proportions to taste, as goat cheese is not for everyone.
  9. Bake at a temperature of 220-230 degrees until golden brown.
  10. Sprinkle with herbs before serving. Serve hot!
  11. Bon appetit!
