Processed cheese biscuits

Processed cheese cookies are soft, tender, but almost not at all sweet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater, beat in the egg and mix.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, sugar. Mix.
  3. Add flour sifted with baking powder.
  4. The amount of flour may vary slightly upwards from that indicated in the ingredients.
  5. Knead the dough.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer and cut it lengthwise into two parts.
  7. From each part roll up the roll and cut into small pieces.
  8. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, greased with vegetable oil and put cookies on it.
  9. Lubricate the cookies with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
