  1. Chop the onion and fry in butter, then add the spinach (if the spinach is frozen, defrost and squeeze it first) and sour cream. Simmer until excess liquid has evaporated.

  3. 2. Then add chopped dried tomatoes and lightly fried pine nuts to the spinach. Cool the mass and add the feta cut into small cubes. Salt and pepper to taste and stir. Cover a rectangular shape or bowl with cling film, lay out the filling in a layer of about 2 cm and freeze.
  4. Cut the frozen mass into strips of about 3 cm and put back in the freezer.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry, cut out rectangles 8x4 cm. Beat the egg lightly and brush the dough with it, then put a strip of spinach on each rectangle. Glue the dough and press down the seam with a fork, brush with egg on top.
  6. Put the puffs on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
