Pumpkin muffin with herbs

  1. Peel the pumpkin and grate it on a fine grater.
  2. Add chopped greens.
  3. Pour in milk.
  4. Add salt, sugar, baking powder and 100 g of flour from the total. Mix.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and 4 tbsp. l. olive oil. Pour the mixture over the pumpkin.
  6. Add the rest of the flour.
  7. Knead the dough.
  8. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  9. Let the cake cool slightly, then remove and serve!
