Very fragrant and delicious banana cupcakes, everyone likes it!

  1. Soften butter at room temperature.
  2. Grind banana on a grater.
  3. Beat butter with sugar and add eggs one at a time.
  4. Add banana puree and baking powder, as well as soda slaked with vinegar.
  5. In two stages, we introduce flour (it may need a little more or less, depending on its quality).
  6. We spread the dough for cupcakes in the forms, filling them 2/3.
  7. We place banana muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
  8. Bake cupcakes until golden brown or dry with a toothpick.
  9. You can cut out the middle, fill the banana cupcakes with filling and decorate with a hat of cream.
