Snack muffins with sausage, tomato and cheese

Cooking pizza-flavored muffins is easy and simple: cut sausage, cheese and tomato, knead unsweetened egg-sour cream dough, mix everything and bake in molds.

  1. Turn on the oven to heat up to 230 degrees.
  2. Sausage and 70 grams of cheese cut into cubes.
  3. We wash the tomato, remove the green fragments and the liquid core with seeds, and cut the pulp into cubes.
  4. In a deep bowl, combine eggs, sour cream and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Mix flour (a glass with a capacity of 250 ml with a small slide) with baking powder and sift into the sour cream-egg mixture. We mix.
  6. Add sausage, cheese and half a tomato to the dough. We mix.
  7. The remaining cheese is rubbed on a fine grater.
  8. Fill cupcake molds 2/3 full with batter.
  9. Lay a few tomato slices on the dough.
  10. Sprinkle the top of each muffin with grated cheese.
  11. We place the filled molds in an oven preheated to 230 degrees and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes.
  12. Snack muffins with sausage, tomato and cheese cool a little, and then take out of the molds and serve.
