Mustard muffins with onion and cheese - fragrant, satisfying with a spicy mustard flavor. The perfect appetizer for any occasion.

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  3. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes.
  4. Slightly less than half of the cheese cut into small cubes. Finely chop the green onion.
  5. Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add baking powder, salt, ground pepper and paprika. We mix.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix mustard, egg, milk and vegetable oil. We beat with a whisk.
  7. Add dry ingredients to liquid. Mix until smooth.
  8. Add all three types of onions and chopped cheese to the dough. We mix.
  9. The remaining cheese is rubbed on a coarse grater.
  10. Molds for cupcakes are filled 4/5 with dough. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Makes 7-8 muffins.
  11. We send the molds to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes.
  12. Snack mustard muffins with onions and cheese are ready.
  13. Ruddy fragrant pastries can be served hot, warm or cold.
