If you want to please your family with a delicious and fairly quick snack pastry, bake a cabbage pie on kefir dough. Cabbage is lightly fried before being added to the dough, which is kneaded on kefir, with hard cheese and aromatic herbs. Freshly baked pie with appetizing stretching cheese - what could be tastier!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cabbage cut into thin not long strips.
  2. Heat the pan, pour in literally 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Put the cabbage, fry for 4-5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Then cool the cabbage a little.
  4. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, beat in eggs. Mix with a whisk.
  5. Add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder to bowl.
  6. Mix the ingredients with a whisk or mixer.
  7. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  8. Rinse and dry the onion and dill, then finely chop.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  10. Add chopped herbs and cheese to the dough, add dried garlic. Mix.
  11. Then add slightly cooled fried cabbage.
  12. Mix everything until smooth.
  13. Line a baking dish (I have 13x24 cm) with parchment paper and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Put the dough into the mold, send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes.
  14. Snack pie with cabbage and cheese, on kefir, is ready.
  15. Remove the cake from the mold, cool slightly.
  16. You can cut the pie and serve it right away, cheese stretches in it - it's very appetizing. But it is also delicious served cold.
  17. Bon appetit!
