For those who do not have a bread machine, bread in a slow cooker is just a wonderful find.

Dilute the yeast with warm water, add sugar, salt, a little flour and mix. Let it rise slightly (so that the mass bubbles).
Pour the sifted flour, knead a soft, elastic dough, add two or three tablespoons of vegetable oil. The dough should not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Then knead the dough again and form a ball, put it in a greased multicooker bowl.
We turn on the heating for 10-15 minutes, then turn off the multicooker and let the dough rise (40-50 minutes).
We bake in the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes on one side.
Then turn the bread over and put for another 40 minutes, for "baking".
Turning over is easy with the steam rack.
If you want the bread to be golden brown, you can slightly increase the baking time.
Remove the finished bread from the multicooker and let it cool completely.
