Yeast buns with cheese

Wonderful yeast buns with cheese: fragrant, airy and very, very tasty.

Ingredients

  1. For dough, dilute the yeast in warm milk, add sugar, flour and mix.
  2. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable oil, salt, sifted flour to the dough. Add flour gradually, as the amount of flour may differ from that indicated in the ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and put in a warm place to approach.
  5. The dough should double in size, about 50-60 minutes.
  6. You can knead the dough again and let rise a second time.
  7. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  8. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer.
  9. Lubricate the pastry sheet with soft butter.
  10. Put grated cheese on top, leaving one edge 4-5 cm free.
  11. Lubricate the edge free from cheese with protein.
  12. Roll up the roll, carefully pressing the edge of the layer smeared with protein.
  13. Cut the roll into pieces 4 cm wide.
  14. Dip one side of the pieces in flour and put that side on a baking sheet.
  15. Cover the buns with a towel and leave for 30 minutes. Then brush with beaten egg.
  16. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees, then increase the temperature to 190 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
