If you do not have a slow cooker, then this wonderful cake can be easily baked in the oven. Mince for the filling, too, choose to your taste - pork, pork and beef, chicken or even fish. To diversify the taste of the filling, you can add mushrooms, boiled eggs, cheese or any other ingredients of your choice.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For dough, add sugar, yeast and a tablespoon of flour to warm milk. Stir and leave for 20 minutes in a warm place, until a "cap" appears.
  2. Add vegetable oil, salt to the dough and mix. Then add the sifted flour in batches. Flour may need a little more or less than indicated in the ingredients.
  3. Knead an elastic soft dough that will not stick to your hands.
  4. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel or cling film and put in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. The dough should double in size.
  5. Then punch down the dough and roll out into a layer about 3 mm thick. Lubricate the dough with vegetable oil.
  6. Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, seasonings, chopped greens to minced meat and knead thoroughly.
  7. I chopped chicken fillet and onion with a blender for minced meat, but you can take ready-made minced meat.
  8. Pour the mince over the dough and spread evenly. Sprinkle with paprika.
  9. Twist the dough with minced meat into a tight roll and cut into equal parts. I got 6 pieces 7 cm high, but my slow cooker is small and only 5 pieces fit in it :). Probably should have made them a little higher.
  10. Lubricate the bowl of the multicooker with oil and put the pieces of the roll into it.
  11. Turn on the Heating mode for 10-15 minutes. Then switch to Baking mode and bake for 60 minutes. Turn the cake over and bake for another 20 minutes.
  12. Remove the finished pie from the multicooker, cool and serve.
  13. Bon appetit!
