INGREDIENTS:
butter 125 g
flour 125 g
sugar 90 g
eggs 2 pcs.
milk 4 tablespoons
vanilla sugar 8 g
soda ¼ ч.л.
powdered sugar 240 g
butter 150 g
milk 1.5 tbsp
PREPARATION:
Cupcakes: Beat
soft butter with sugar for about 2 minutes.
Continuing to beat, add one egg, then the second.
Gradually add sifted flour with baking soda, then add vanilla sugar and milk, continue beating until smooth.
Fill 2/3 cupcake tins. Bake at 170 C for 22 minutes.
Cream:
Beat soft butter until white.
Add sifted icing sugar in small portions.
Add milk at the end and beat until smooth.
Divide the cream into parts, add food coloring, mix. Decorate cupcakes.
