INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry 1 kg
sugar 2 glasses
vanilla in pods 1 pc.
PREPARATION:
Rinse and dry the strawberries. Place in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar. Leave it overnight. In the morning, when the berries give juice, put the stoves on the fire. Add the contents of the vanilla pod and the pod itself. Boil.
Remove the pan from the heat and cool the jam completely. Then again put on low heat, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, skimming off the foam.
Take out the vanilla pod. Pour the jam into sterilized jars, close the lids and roll up. If not rolled up, then store the jam in the refrigerator.
