A Healthy Dessert Made From Oatmeal And Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:

kefir 1% (natural yogurt) 2 glasses

oat flakes 1.5 glass

rye bran (wheat bran) ½ стакана

eggs 2 pcs.

powdered sugar 2 tbsp.

cover ½ ч.л.

baking powder ½ ч.л.

jam (jam, fruit) taste

PREPARATION:

Grind the oatmeal with a coffee grinder. Combine with bran, rye or wheat, ground cinnamon, baking powder.

Separately beat the raw chicken whites with the powdered sugar until they foam.

Beat low-fat kefir or yogurt with yolks until smooth. Combine the mixture with dry foods.

Gently add whipped egg whites, stir from bottom to top.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, pour out the finished mass, bake at 180 - 200 degrees for 15 - 25 minutes.

Cut the resulting cake horizontally with a sharp knife, smear with any cream or thick jam.

The oatmeal in the recipe can be substituted for unsweetened granola.
