INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 300 g
flour 150 g
sugar 80 g
chicken eggs 3 pcs.
powdered sugar 2 tbsp.
cream 2 tbsp.
vanilla sugar 5 g
baking powder ½ ч.л.
salt 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
In a deep bowl, combine eggs, sugar (if you like sweet pastries, add a little more sugar), vanilla sugar, salt. Beat it white.
Then add cottage cheese and sour cream, mix everything with a whisk. I don't knead cottage cheese, I like it when grains of cottage cheese come across.
Add flour, baking powder and mix everything.
We grease the molds with vegetable oil and spread in 1 tbsp. curd dough. We send it to a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
The curd muffins are ready, when they have cooled, garnish with powdered sugar as desired.
