Airy Muffins With Chocolate On Kefir

INGREDIENTS:

kefir 2.5% 250 ml

sugar 180 g

flour 2 glasses

eggs 2 pcs.

vegetable oil 3 tbsp.

baking powder 2 tsp

chocolate 30 g

vanilla sugar 10 g

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until thick foam, beat with a mixer for about 2 minutes.

Then add kefir, vegetable oil and mix with a whisk.

In a separate bowl, stir together the flour and baking powder.

Add flour to liquid ingredients in two steps, stirring the dough thoroughly until smooth so that there are no lumps.

Chop the chocolate with a knife.

Lubricate baking tins with vegetable oil.

For filled muffins (muffins), add 1 tablespoon each. dough, then add chocolate (berries, dried fruits, nuts) and cover with half a tablespoon of dough.

For plain muffins, spread 1 tablespoon each. test.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
