Ant Cake In Chocolate Glaze

INGREDIENTS:

sugar 140 g

butter 125 g

flour 120 g

baking powder 1.5 tsp.

starch 20 g

salt 1 pinch

vanilla sugar 1 pack

eggs 4 pcs.

milk 4 tablespoons

vegetable oil 1 tbsp.

dark bitter chocolate 90 g

PREPARATION:

Sift flour together with starch and baking powder.

Add vanilla sugar and stir.

Divide the chocolate into two parts. Grate one part on a fine grater. Add to dry ingredients.

Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and beat until light peaks.

Then add 1/4 of the sugar and beat until firm peaks.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar and melted butter. Then add the whipped egg whites. Mix gently with a spatula.

Then carefully add the dry mixture and mix until smooth.

Grease the form with vegetable oil and lay out the dough.

Send the ant cake to the preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove the cooked and cooled cake from the mold.

Prepare the icing. Melt the second part of the chocolate by mixing it with milk and vegetable oil.
