Apple Pie With Kefir

INGREDIENTS:

flour 300 g

kefir 250 ml

sugar 230 g

vegetable oil 100 ml

apples 5 pcs.

eggs 3 pcs.

vanilla sugar 1 packet

baking powder 1 packet

salt 1 pinch

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, beat eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and sugar with a mixer. Then, without ceasing to beat, gradually pour in vegetable oil.

Add kefir and stir. Pour in half the flour and a bag of baking powder, mix. Add the other half of the flour and mix well.

Peel the apples and cut into small wedges. Stir apples with dough.

Grease a mold (27 x 20 cm) with vegetable oil and lay out the dough with apples, spreading it over the entire mold. Send to oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.

When the apple pie is ready, let it cool and then remove from the mold. Decorate with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy your tea, everyone!
