Servings: 8

Cooking time: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS:

flour 200 g

chicken eggs 3 pcs.

butter 125 g

sour cream 3 tbsp

sugar 125 g

slaked soda ½ tsp

apples 4 pcs.

sour cream 200 g

chicken eggs 2 pcs.

sugar 3 tbsp

starch 1 tbsp

PREPARATION:

Beat the softened butter with a mixer with sugar, gradually adding eggs until fluffy. Add sour cream. Quench the soda with lemon juice or vinegar and also add to the whipped mass. Add flour and knead the dough.

Peel and core the apples. Cut them in half.

Grease a detachable baking dish and place the dough in it. Put the halves of the apples on top, slightly drowning them in the dough. Send to a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

For pouring: beat the sour cream with a mixer with sugar, eggs and starch.

Remove the cakes from the oven and pour over the filling. Put in the oven again for about 30 minutes, navigate with your oven. A shiny golden crust should form on top.

The pie turns out to be very fragrant, while the pie cools down, I recommend brewing tea) All good!
