Australian Anzac Biscuits With Oatmeal And Coconut

INGREDIENTS:

butter 100 g

sugar 100 g

flour 100 g

coconut flakes 75 g

oat flakes 75 g

honey 1 tbsp.

soda 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

Melt butter with honey and add soda, slaked 2 tbsp. boiling water.

Mix all dry ingredients separately.

Add the liquid component to the dry ingredients and mix.

We form cookies with our hands or spread them with a spoon, placing them at a distance from each other

We send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. The cookie should have a nice reddish golden color. When it cools, it hardens and becomes crispy and crumbly.
