Banana Pancakes Without Sugar And Baking Powder

INGREDIENTS:

bananas 2 pcs.

chicken eggs 2 pcs.

flour 55 g

salt 1 pinch

vegetable oil 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

Mash bananas with a fork and puree.

Add eggs and a pinch of salt and stir.

Add flour and stir until smooth.

Heat a frying pan over low heat and brush it lightly with vegetable oil.

Using a ladle, scoop up the dough and pour into the pan. Spread the dough over the pan and fry for 1 minute.

Turn the pancake over and fry for another 1 minute.
