INGREDIENTS:
beef 140 g
dried shiitake mushrooms 30 g
carrot 1 pc.
onion ½ шт.
garlic 1 clove
chicken broth 230 ml
corn starch 1 tbsp.
sesame oil 1 tbsp.
soy sauce 1 tbsp.
salt taste
PREPARATION: +
Soak the shiitake in warm water for 1 hour until soft.
Thinly slice the beef.
Thinly chop the carrots.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Crush the garlic with a knife and chop finely.
Mix chicken broth with cornstarch.
Pour sesame oil into the pan.
Place the beef in a skillet and fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
Add onions and carrots, fry for 2 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce, stir.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour in chicken broth mixed with cornstarch, stir slightly. Reduce heat to low and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
